Chuck Roberts
GENERAL COUNSEL
For more than forty years, Chuck Roberts represented employers in a myriad of labor and employment matters, predominantly before the National Labor Relations Board and the federal courts of appeals. During that span, Chuck personally litigated more than seventy cases in front of administrative law judges and argued appeals in ten of the twelve courts of appeals, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Chuck is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he graduated number one in the School of Textiles. He then received MBA and JD degrees from the University of North Carolina where he was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif. Thereafter, he went into private practice first with Haynsworth, Baldwin, Johnson, Greaves & Edwards (Greenville, SC and Greensboro, NC) and later with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete in Winston-Salem, NC.
Although he retired in 2022, Chuck continues to maintain his law license and advise a few select clients. Now, Chuck is excited to be in a position to provide assistance to employees who have too often been caught in the middle between employers and unions and who frequently lack the resources necessary to protect their own interests. Chuck is available to help employees who are seeking to become union- free and truly independent.
